How Long After I Place an Order Will It Be Shipped?

All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within one business day of the order. If an order is placed on a Saturday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

How Do I Use A Promotional Code?

Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into our discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.

Do I Get Any Confirmation My Order Went Through?

Anytime you place an order you will receive 2 emails. The first will be a confirmation email containing your order number. The second email contains your tracking number and is sent once your item has been marked as shipped! Please note that it can take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be activated!

How Do I Make A Return?

1. Read the full return policy above to ensure your return meets the criteria. 2. Fill out the return form completely, and put it with the item/s you are returning. If return form is blank and returned item/s are accepted, only store credit will be issued as your refund. 3. Choose any shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A carrier that provides tracking is highly recommended for your records. Inspire Boutique is not responsible for any returned packages that are lost or damaged. 4. Once we have received your package, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. When your ordered is processed, you will receive an email regarding the status of your return. 5. When/If your return is accepted you will receive a confirmation email that your return has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few business days to post the funds to your credit card account.

Can I Exchange My Item?

We don't technically do exchanges because we are unable to guarantee that an item won't be sold out. Email Sarah (sarah@shopinspireboutique.com) to request an exchange and see if the item is available in your size. If so, once we receive your return we will send out your new size!

How Soon Will I Be Refunded Once I Return An Item?

Once your package is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification regarding the appropriate refund.

How Will I Know When An Item Is Restocked?

Sarah does not restock a lot of items unless there is a high demand for it. You can request a restock for any item that is out of stock in the product description. If Sarah does restock that specific item you requested, you will get an email notifying you that it has been restocked!

If I make a purchase with my loyalty rewards points and then return that item will I receive the points back?

No.
